Katherine is so great and such a kind instructor! She instructed a private class for my bachelorette party and everyone loved her! We had all levels of experience and she did a wonderful job tailoring the session to both more and less experienced individuals in my group. She was willing to work with us regarding time and location and was also a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Katherine as an instructor!

Svaya Yoga offers a gentle and restorative yoga practice, beneficial for issues such as sciatica, pinched nerve and back pain. Gentle stretches and movement through poses enables the body to regain normal movement. After several months of Svaya Yoga practice, I've experienced improvement in strength, stamina and balance. The beneficial feeling from a Svaya Yoga session lasts for days and encourages practice on one's own between sessions.
